Thomas Jordan - Founder and CEO
Thomas Jordan founded Peregrine Mobile Bottling in 2008 with a vision to bring premium bottling technology, technical expertise, and a higher level of service directly to California wineries.
Before founding Peregrine, Thomas served as Vice President of Western Division Sales at Krones, a global leader in filling, packaging, and beverage production technology. Through his work with premium wineries, he recognized a need for mobile bottling solutions that could provide the same level of advanced filling and labeling technology found in high-quality stationary bottling lines.
Working with Krones, Thomas developed Peregrine’s first mobile bottling line around that vision. What began as a specialized mobile bottling operation grew over the years as winery clients increasingly turned to Peregrine for expertise beyond the bottling line.
Today, Thomas leads Peregrine Vintner Solutions with more than 17 years of hands-on experience serving the wine industry. His background in beverage technology, business development, project management, and winery operations continues to shape Peregrine’s approach: understand the challenge, find the right solution, and deliver it with precision.

As Senior Project Manager, Arnaud Coulondres works closely with our clients to coordinate projects from initial planning and scheduling through execution and completion. He serves as a key point of contact between the winery and the Peregrine team, helping ensure that equipment, materials, timing, and operational requirements are aligned before work begins.
His attention to detail and hands-on approach help make even complex projects more organized, predictable, and efficient for our clients.
